ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The apparatus comprises a tank for a first liquid, or solvent, generally water, connected upstream to a con- tinuous source of supply, and downstream, via a first con- duit to a pump whose output is in turn connected, via a second conduit, to a mixing device for forming foam, supplied by a third pipe connected to a source of compressed air. Upstream or downstream of the said pump a fourth conduit supplies, via a regulator-doser, a second liquid, or solute, coming from a corresponding container.
