The invention relates to a device for producing a rapidly solidifying mixture from several liquid components and subsequently atomizing the solidifying mixture. The device comprises a mixing chamber (4), a liquid distributor (1', 7) and N equal drop-forming nozzles (9a, 9b) which are connected to the liquid distributor. The liquids to be mixed can be fed to the mixing chamber separately and the mixing chamber presents neither significant back-mixing in those areas in which reactions can occur nor significant dead spaces in the flow in these areas. The liquid distributor (1', 7) is connected to the mixing chamber and immediately distributes the mixture flow coming from the mixing chamber to the nozzles (9a, 9b) without significant back-mixing or dead spaces in said flow, so that the flow properties of the partial flows and their dwell times in the liquid distributor are the same for each such partial flow.
L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à préparer un mélange à rapide solidification à partir de plusieurs composantes liquides puis à pulvériser le mélange se solidifiant. Le dispositif contient une chambre de mélange (4), un répartiteur de liquide (1', 7) et N buses (9a, 9b) identiques produisant des gouttes et raccordées au répartiteur de liquide. Les liquides à mélanger sont acheminés séparément jusqu'à la chambre de mélange et la chambre de mélange présente ni de remélange notable dans les zones où peuvent apparaître des réactions, ni d'espaces inutilisables notables dans l'écoulement dans ces zones. Le répartiteur de liquide (1', 7), raccordé à la chambre de mélange, répartit le flux de mélange issu de la chambre de mélange uniformément entre les buses (9a, 9b) sans remélange notable, ni espaces inutilisables dans l'écoulement de telle façon que les propriétés d'écoulement des flux partiels et leur temps de séjour dans le répartiteur de liquide soient identiques.
