Abstract of the Disclosure The invention relates to an apparatus for infusion monitoring compris- ing a pressure transmission line branched from the infusion hose and a diaphragm connected with the latter, such diaphragm being able to be con- nected with a pressure sensor adapted to register a change in curvature of the diaphragm. In order to achieve the aim of providing an apparatus of this type which renders possible on the one hand a reliable monitoring of infusion and on the other hand a way of preventing the production of a false alarm in a substantially reliable fashion, the apparatus of this type is so designed that in the infusion hose between the branch point of the pressure transmission line and the free end, adjacent to the patient, of the infusion hose a one-way valve is arranged, which permits a direction of flow to the patient. L'invention concerne un dispositif pour le contrôle de perfusion (10), comprenant un conduit de transfert de pression (30) branché sur le tuyau de perfusion (16) et une membrane (34) en liaison avec ce conduit, et susceptible d'être raccordée avec un capteur de pression enregistrant les variations de bombement de cette membrane. L'invention a pour but de fournir un dispositif du type précité permettant, d'une part, d'effectuer un contrôle fiable de perfusion, même pour de faibles vitesses de perfusion et, d'autre part, d'empêcher le plus possible, de façon sûre, un déclenchement intempestif d'une alarme. Ce but est atteint, conformément à l'invention, grâce au fait qu'il est prévu dans le dispositif du type précité, entre le point de raccordement du conduit de transfert de pression et l'extrémité libre, voisine du patient, du tuyau de perfusion, une vanne à une voie (20) permettant un sens d'écoulement vers le patient. D'autres exemples de variantes sont indiqués.
