ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An apparatus foe arranging nested, parallel rows of generally circular containers on a conveyor, the rows extending in the direction of conveyor movement, with the containers of alternate rows being offset relative to the containers of the remaining rows, the apparatus comprising partitions for forming a first row of containers, and for directing containers transversely to the direction of conveyor movement so that containers nest against previously formed rows to form successive rows.
