ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: The present invention concerns an apparatus for perform- ing widenings by milling in drill-holes and perforations, which is characterized in that it comprises an elongated body provided with an excentric longitudinal performation where another elongat- ed body is installed, which in turn is provided with another excen- tric longitudinal perforation on which the shaft of one or various mills, blades or other similar cutting elements are installed, transversally located at its end, with any of these three elements. The two elongated bodies and the mill shaft are able to rotate with independence of the others, in such manner that the operation of the apparatus is determined by the rotation of the mills and the relative turn of one of the bodies with respect to the other.
