An apparatus (1) for positioning standing persons (2) to produce X-ray shots comprises a movable frame (3) on which a vertically displaceable standing area (4) is arranged. The standing area has a holding apparatus (5) connected to it which the person can hold onto. To produce optimum positioning in terms of weight too, the standing area has a weighing apparatus arranged on it for determining the weight of the person, preferably using two independent weighing sensors (6) for each foot of the person. A description is also given of an apparatus and a method for producing a digital X-ray image, where exposure parameters are calculated on the basis of person-related data and then a plurality of shots are taken sequentially and are subsequently used to compile an overall image.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de placement de personnes (2) en station debout pour réaliser des radiographies, ce dispositif étant constitué d'un bâti mobile (3) sur lequel est disposée une surface de positionnement (4) verticalement mobile. Un dispositif de maintien (5) que la personne peut tenir est associé à la surface de positionnement. Pour obtenir une position optimale en fonction du poids de la personne, la surface de positionnement comporte un dispositif de pesée qui détermine le poids de la personne, de préférence au moyen de deux capteurs de poids (6) indépendants prévus pour chaque pied de la personne. L'invention décrit également un dispositif et un procédé pour réaliser une radiographie numérique, les paramètres d'exposition étant calculés à partir de données associées à la personne et plusieurs enregistrements étant ensuite réalisés successivement pour être assemblés en une image globale.
