ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Apparatus for pouring metals having a reciprocatory ladle car with two tiltable cradles for removably carrying ladles. The ladles in the two cradles are mirror-inversed and have their pouring spouts directed substantially in the same direction and substantially transverse to the direction of travel of the car. The tilting shafts of the cradles are substantially colinear with the center line of the spouts of the ladles placed in the cradles.
