ABSTRACT of the Disclosure Apparatus for practising cue action for a cue game, such as snooker, billiards or pool, comprises a base having marked out thereon a centre line and a target ball, a wire connectable to a cue and forming a circuit breaker for an electrical circuit including alarm indicating means, the circuit being made by contact of the wire with a surround therefor, the surround being radially spaced from the wire, whereby no alarm indicates correct passage of the wire through the surround and hence correct cue movement and an alarm signal indicates incorrect cue movement.
