The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for preparing a consumable beverage with a fine-bubbled foam layer. The invention comprises a beverage unit (2) for dispensing the beverage under pressure and at least one nozzle (4) which is in fluid communication with the beverage unit for supplying the beverage to the nozzle for generating a jet of the beverage by means of the nozzle. The apparatus further comprises a collecting unit (14) into which the jet (1) spouts to obtain the beverage with the fine-bubbled foam layer. The collecting unit comprises a chamber (16) with at least one outflow opening (18) for dispensing the beverage with the fine-bubbled foam layer and a jet impact element (20) included in the chamber with a top which is clear of an inner wall of the chamber. The nozzle and the jet impact element are oriented relative to each other such that the jet spouts against a part of the top (22) of the jet impact element so that the jet, after impact on the jet impact element, forms a mist of the beverage which flows against and/or along the inner wall of the chamber and then leaves the chamber via the at least one outflow openin as the beverage with the fine-bubbled foam layer.
L'invention concerne un appareil (1) de préparation d'une boisson consommable présentant une couche de mousse à fines bulles. L'invention comprend une unité de boisson (2) destinée à distribuer la boisson sous pression ainsi qu'au moins une buse (4) laquelle est en communication fluidique avec l'unité de boisson pour fournir la boisson à la buse, afin de produire un jet de la boisson au moyen de la buse. L'appareil comprend également une unité de collecte (14) dans laquelle le jet (1) s'écoule afin d'obtenir la boisson ayant la couche de mousse à fines bulles. L'unité de collecte comprend une chambre (16) présentant au moins une ouverture d'écoulement en sortie (18) destinée à distribuer la boisson ayant la couche de mousse à fines bulles et un élément d'impact (20) du jet disposé dans la chambre présentant une partie supérieure laquelle est dégagée d'une paroi intérieure de la chambre. La buse et l'élément d'impact du jet sont orientés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle manière que le jet s'écoule contre une partie de la partie supérieure (22) de l'élément d'impact du jet de manière que le jet, après impact sur l'élément d'impact du jet, forme un embrun de la boisson s'écoulant contre et/ou le long de la paroi intérieure de la chambre puis quitte la chambre via au moins ladite ouverture d'écoulement extérieur sous la forme de boisson présentant la couche de mousse à fines bulles.
