An apparatus is proposed for producing annularly corrugated metal tubes, particularly the outer conductor of coaxial high-frequency cables, by means of at least one pressure roller revolving around a plain tube. The corrugations are formed in the plain tube by the teeth of the pressure roller, which is rotatable about an axis at a 90° angle to the longitudinal axis of the tube, and the axis of rotation of which, itself in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tube, revolves around the plain tube being fed to the pressure roller as the corrugations are produced. Said plain tube in turn rotates the pressure roller by its feed. The apparatus has the following features: g) the tips of the teeth are flat, h) the tube is tightly guided in a guide bushing (12) in front of and behind the engagement with the pressure roller (13), i) the number of teeth (Z) ranges between 7 and 11, preferably between 8 and 10.
Un appareil est proposé pour la production de tubes de métal à ondes annulaires, plus particulièrement le conducteur externe des câbles coaxiaux haute fréquence, au moyen d'au moins un rouleau de pression en rotation autour d'un tube lisse. Les ondes du tube lisse sont formées par les dents du rouleau de pression, lequel tourne autour d'un axe formant un angle de 90 degrés avec l'axe longitudinal du tube, cet axe de rotation, lui-même perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal du tube, tournant autour du tube lisse qui traverse le rouleau de pression aux fins de formation des ondes annulaires. Le tube fait tourner le rouleau de pression à mesure qu'il avance. L'appareil comprend les caractéristiques suivantes : g) l'extrémité des dents est plate, h) le tube est introduit solidement dans une douille de guidage (12) située en aval et en amont de l'engrenage du tube dans le rouleau de pression (13), i) le nombre de dents se situe entre 7 et 11, préférablement entre 8 et 10.
