The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing confectioneries, specifically to a small-sized automatic apparatus for producing confectioneries such as cakes, biscuits or breads with jelly, cream placed inside thereof. The apparatus for producing confectioneries according to the present invention comprises a driving motor; a driving gear connected to the driving motor, said driving gear having teeth at the outer periphery thereof partially; a plurality of driven shafts driven meshing with the driving gear to be intermittently driven by the driving gear; a heat plate on which frames for producing the confectioneries are placed; means for conveying the frames, said means driven by the driven shafts; an injector injecting raw ingredients from a hopper to said frame, said injector driven by the driven shaft; a reversing device placed on the heat place, said reversing device reversing the frame upside down and driven by a sprocket contacting a chain connected to a driven shaft; and a cover-opening lever opening the cover of the frame, said lever driven by the driven shaft. The apparatus for producing confectioneries according to the present invention is relatively small and can be installed in the reach of the customer's view to induce buying of the confectionery. Furthermore, the ingredients are injected when only necessary and can be sold soon after the ingredients are injected which renders the taste of the confectioneries superior to those produced in factories.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour la production de confiseries, en particulier un appareil automatique de petite taille pour la production des confiseries comme des gâteaux, des biscuits ou des pains, fourrés de gelée ou de crème. L'appareil de production de confiseries, selon la présente invention, comprend un moteur d'entraînement; un engrenage d'entraînement relié au moteur d'entraînement, ledit engrenage étant partiellement pourvu de dents à sa périphérie externe; une pluralité d'arbres entraînés qui s'engrènent à l'engrenage pour être entraîné par intermittence par celui-ci; une plaque chauffante sur laquelle des moules pour la production des confiseries sont placés; des organes de transport desdits moules, ces organes étant entraînés par l'arbre d'entraînement; un injecteur qui injecte les ingrédients à partir d'une trémie dans lesdits moules, ledit injecteur étant entraîné par l'arbre d'entraînement, un dispositif d'inversion placé sur la plaque chauffante et renversant les moules à l'envers et entraîné par un pignon en contact avec une chaîne reliée à l'arbre d'entraînement; et un levier d'ouverture du couvercle du moule, ledit levier étant entraîné par l'arbre d'entraînement. L'appareil de production de confiseries, selon la présente invention, est relativement petit et peut être installé à portée de vue du client pour l'inciter à acheter des confiseries. En outre, les ingrédients sont injectés seulement au besoin et les confiseries sont vendues peu de temps après l'injection des ingrédients, de sorte que leur goût est supérieur à celui des confiseries produites en usine.
