The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing plastic parts interspersed with reinforcing fibres, with a mixing chamber (20) for producing a mixture of chemically reactive polymer components, with an outlet chamber (38), which is arranged downstream of the mixing chamber and in which a cleaning ram (28) in which a fibre conveying channel (32) is formed is guided in a reciprocatingly movable manner. The invention is characterized in that the end face of the cleaning ram is provided with a die (34), through which the fibre conveying channel (32) extends and arranged on the outer circumference of which there is an annular groove (40), which is at a distance from the end of the die (34) and can be positioned in such a way that, in a first working position, a flow connection between the mixing chamber (20) and the annular groove (40) is formed and, in another working position of the cleaning ram (28), the flow connection between the mixing chamber (20) and the annular groove (40) is interrupted and in that at least one die channel (42), preferably a plurality of die channels (42), is/are formed between the annular groove (40) and the outlet-side end of the die (34), said channel(s) opening at the end face into the outlet chamber (38).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication d'éléments en plastique contenant des fibres de renforcement, qui présente une chambre de mélange (20) destinée à produire un mélange de composants en plastique chimiquement réactifs, une chambre d'écoulement (38) qui est agencée en aval de la chambre de mélange et dans laquelle un piston de nettoyage (28) contenant un canal d'alimentation en fibres (32) est déplacé selon un mouvement alternatif. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'une buse (34) est agencée sur le côté frontal du piston de nettoyage, cette buse étant traversée par le canal d'alimentation en fibres (32) et présentant, sur sa périphérie extérieure, une rainure annulaire (40) agencée à une certaine distance de l'extrémité de la buse (34). La rainure peut être positionnée de telle sorte que, dans une première position de travail, la chambre de mélange (20) communique avec la rainure annulaire (40) de façon à permettre l'écoulement, et que, lorsque le piston de nettoyage (28) est dans une autre position de travail, la communication permettant l'écoulement entre la chambre de mélange (20) et la rainure annulaire (40) soit interrompue. L'invention est également caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un canal de buse, de préférence une pluralité de canaux de buse (42), est agencé dans la buse entre la rainure annulaire (40) et l'extrémité côté écoulement de la buse (34), le ou les canaux débouchant côté frontal dans la chambre d'écoulement (38).
