ENGINES ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A method and apparatus for introducing additional air into the intake manifold to aid in the starting of an internal combustion engine. A flapper valve is provided on the throttle valve which is operative according to the pressure differential across the flapper valve blade.
