The present invention relates to a device for the input and processing of information comprising sensor elements arranged in matrix form, which are integrally formed on a substrate. Each sensor element comprises output electronics (3) and at least one photovoltaic cell (PD), which is adapted to convert an optical signal incident upon the photovoltaic cell to an electrical signal. The device according to the invention is characterised in that each sensor element is adapted to perform compensation of an offset error in the output electronics (3) forming part of the sensor element and that each sensor element is adapted to perform the said offset compensation independently of the other sensor elements in the device.
La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de lecture et de traitement d'informations qui comporte des éléments capteurs organisés en matrice et intégrés à un substrat. Chaque élément capteur comporte un ensemble de circuits électroniques de sortie (3) et au moins une cellule photovoltaïque (PD) conçue pour convertir un signal optique incident frappant la cellule photovoltaïque en un signal électrique. Le dispositif conforme à l'invention se caractérise en ce que chaque élément capteur est conçu pour effectuer la compensation d'une erreur de décalage produite au niveau des circuits électroniques de sortie (3) composant ces éléments capteurs et en ce que chaque élément capteur est conçu pour effectuer ladite compensation de décalage indépendamment des autres éléments capteurs du dispositif.
