ABSTRACT An oil recycling unit to be located at service centres, the unit for collecting waste fluid for recycling purposes and comprising a housing having a top and bottom, a dipstick wiper including a foam body located adjacent said top of said unit in use for wiping a dipstick and for absorbing or adsorbing fluid therewith, the unit having disposed proximate the top thereof and the top of the wiper in use a closeable lid to cover said wiper when not in use, whereby the wiper allows recycling of any fluid accumulated with said wiper (and or said unit in use).
