The invention herein provides an apparatus (7) and method for effectively removing a cork (13) and its stoppering elements (14, 15) from the bottle (11) containing a pressurized beverage such as champagne and/or sparkling wine. The apparatus (7) has a support structure (19) configured to be grasped by the operator. The support structure (19) supports at least three blades (25) which extend obliquely upwardly and convergingly inwardly into a space in the apparatus. Due to the relative positioning of the blades (25), the apparatus screwingly crimps the structure of the stoppering elements (9) in the apparatus when it is applied and rotated. The cork (13) and stoppering elements (14, 15) can then be pulled from the bottle in a controlled fashion.
L'invention porte sur un appareil (7) et le procédé associé permettant de retirer efficacement le bouchon (13) et son encapsulage (14, 15) d'une bouteille (11) contenant un liquide contenant une boisson sous pression telle que du champagne ou du vin mousseux. L'appareil (7) comporte une structure support (19) empoignable par l'utilisateur qui porte au moins trois lames (25) s'étendant obliquement vers le haut et convergeant dans l'espace intérieur à l'appareil. En raison de la position relative des lames (25), l'appareil en se vissant repousse la structure de l'encapsulage (9) dans son espace intérieur lorsqu'on l'applique et on le fait tourner. Le bouchon (13) et l'encapsulage (14, 15) peuvent alors être retirés de la bouteille d'une manière contrôlée.
