The invention relates to a device for removing fine screened material, in particular sludge, from a liquid, in particular waste water. Said device has a continuously driven cylindrical screen grate (6), which is traversed by the waste water from the interior to the exterior, in addition to a discharge device (16) that is located outside the screen grate (6), said device comprising nozzles (18) that spray water from the exterior into the interior, to discharge the screened material that has been deposited on the interior of the screen grate. The exterior of the screen grate (6) comprises a support body (13) consisting of sheet metal with coarse-grade perforations and the interior a mesh screen (7) with a fine-grade mesh. The mesh screen is connected to the support body (13) at points or in sections.
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de retirer un produit de filtrage fin, notamment une boue, d'un liquide, notamment des eaux usées. Ce dispositif a un tamis à grille (6) ayant la forme d'une enveloppe cylindrique entraînée en continu et traversée par les eaux usées de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur, et un dispositif de séparation (16) doté de buses (18) et implanté en dehors du tamis à grille (6). Les buses pulvérisent de l'eau de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur pour séparer le produit de filtrage piégé sur la face interne du tamis à grille. L'extérieur du tamis à grille (6) présente un corps d'appui (13) réalisé en tôle et ayant de grandes perforations et l'intérieur présente un tamis à mailles (7) ayant de petites mailles. Le tamis à mailles est relié par points ou par zones au corps d'appui (13).
