ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is apparatus for roto-molding, multi- layered plastic containers and the like. The apparatus includes a heat conducting hollow mold having a removable cover and adapted to receive powdered resin. A heat insulated compartment on the exterior of the cover has a dispenser fixed therein so as to be in communication with the mold interior through the base of the compartment and an opening in the cover. Such communication may be selectively opened to permit discharge of resin from the dispenser into the mold. The apparatus permits production of multi-layered containers by introducing separate charges of resin into the mold while it is in the oven, thereby avoiding removal of the mold from the oven and disrupting the heating cycle as in the past.
