The present invention relates to an apparatus for screening a fibrous suspension. Especially it relates to the construction of a rotor element for the screen. The rotor element comprises a front surface facing the flow, an upper surface and a sloping trailing surface. Its trailing surface is curved and the sidewalls thereof converge at the back point of the element.
