ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An improved compressible-type printing plate composite for use in a printing arrangement and a printing plate composite securing device is provided by this invention. Such composite includes specially designed members having each of a carrier sheet and a printing plate carrier sheet secured thereto. Disposed intermediate such carrier sheet and such printing plate carrier sheet is a sponge-like member which provides the requisite amount of compressibility to such composite. This sponge-like member is secured to one surface of the carrier sheet.
