A b s t r a c t : (in conjunction with Fig. 1) 1. An apparatus for storing and dispensing hot or cold liquids. 2. Insulating containers with a bag-like inner container for storing and dispensing hot beverages are known in the art. The thermally insulating effect of such containers shall be improved. The insulating container is designed in a special manner having a plurality of parts. A lower base (64) is provided for the accommodation of the inner container (11). A bell- type top portion (13) with an insulating insert (14), which has particularly good insulating properties, rests on the base (64).
