An apparatus for submerging a planting panel planted with plants into liquid comprises a tank filled with liquid, a planting panel planted with plants thereon which floats on the surface of the liquid in said tank, means for supplying or discharging said liquid in the tank so that the surface of said liquid is raised or lowered, and means for temporarily locking said planting panel so as not to raise it to the liquid surface when said liquid surface and thereby said planting panel are lowered. Said apparatus makes easy the work for submerging a planting panel into liquid for the purpose of exterminating pests injurious to plants or supplying leaves of plants with liquid fertilizer.
