"APPARATUS FOR SUPPLYING WATER AT CONSTANT RATE AND PRESSURE TO A POST-MIX BEVERAGE DISPENSING UNIT" ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The apparatus comprises a compact assemblage for insertion between a municipal water source and the mixing nozzle of a beverage dispensing unit. In the operation of the apparatus, the pressure of the municipal water is increased with a pump, a reservoir of the pressurized water is maintained in an accumulator and water is supplied from the accumulator to the mixing nozzle through a regulator, at a constant required pressure and rate. The proportions of water and mix entering the nozzle and the pressure of the water are thereby kept consistent to maintain the quality of the drink dispensed.
