An apparatus for supporting a container has a cradle arranged to support a container therein. A mounting arrangement on the cradle arranged to couple the cradle to a suitable support structure. A pivot member arranged such that the cradle can be tilted about an axis on the support member. The cradle has a bottom portion and an open side portion. The container is supported within the cradle by elastomeric straps which are arranged to wrap around the container across the open side portion within the cradle.
