An apparatus for the electromagnetic spectrum or optical analysis of a material to be analyzed that is located in a product space, such as a container or tube, in particular for the photometric, spectrophotometric or image analysis of powder, bulk material, granules and the like, is provided with a measuring probe which is arranged in a housing and is provided with at least one radiation or light measuring element, a measuring window, which is arranged in the path of rays in a wall of the housing, and with at least one detection element for the analysis. The measuring probe is formed and guided displaceably in the axial direction in such a way that at least part of the housing in which the measuring window is located enters through an opening into the product space in which the material to be analyzed is located, for the analysis. The at least one measuring window is arranged in at least one subregion of the circumferential wall of the housing. A sealing cap is located between a front end face of the housing and the measuring window arranged in the circumferential wall, which sealing cap is at least partially still in the region of the opening (5) in the product space (3), and consequently covers the opening (5), in a retracted position of the measuring probe in which the measuring window is outside the product space.
L'invention concerne un appareil d'analyse spectrale électromagnétique ou optique d'un matériau à analyser, situé dans un espace pour produit, par exemple un récipient ou un tube, en particulier pour l'analyse photométrique, spectrophotométrique ou d'image d'une poudre, d'un matériau brut, de granules, ou d'autres produits semblables. Ledit appareil est équipé d'une sonde de mesure disposée dans un logement et d'au moins un élément de mesure de rayonnement ou de lumière, d'une fenêtre de mesure, disposée dans la trajectoire des rayons dans une paroi du logement, et d'au moins un élément de détection pour l'analyse. La sonde de mesure est formée et guidée de manière amovible dans la direction axiale de manière qu'au moins une partie du logement dans laquelle est placée la fenêtre de mesure entre par une ouverture dans l'espace pour le produit dans lequel est positionné le matériau à analyser pour l'analyse. Ladite fenêtre de mesure est disposée dans au moins une sous-zone de la paroi circonférentielle du logement. Un dispositif de fermeture hermétique est situé entre la face d'extrémité avant du logement et la fenêtre de mesure disposée dans la paroi circonférentielle, ledit dispositif de fermeture hermétique se trouvant au moins partiellement dans la zone de l'ouverture (5) de l'espace (3) pour le produit, et recouvrant en conséquence l'ouverture (56), dans une position rétractée de la sonde de mesure dans laquelle la fenêtre de mesure se trouve à l'extérieur de l'espace pour le produit.
