An aqueous chlorine dioxide system includes a reaction chamber (100), a pump (115) and optionally a connection to a water source (14) on one side of filter (110). The apparatus further comprises pump (120) and product tank (105) on the other side of the filter (110). Product tank (105) further comprises a dispensing device (135), filter (130), or one or more porous frits (125). The reaction chamber (100) includes a disposable unit, which includes one or more internal structure components that functions to hold the precursor chemical containing structure in a specific orientation within the reaction chamber (100).

L'invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés pour la production de dioxyde de chlore : on utilise une membrane soluble dans l'eau pour permettre la réaction de produits chimiques précurseurs, par exemple sel chlorite et acide.
