An apparatus for the gunning o f a material is provided having a nozzle (1) with an inner passage (100) having an inlet end (102) into which a wetted material is to be introduced and an outlet end (103) from which the material is to be sprayed. An outer passage (200) is disposed around the inner passage (100) and in fluid communication therewith and has an inlet end (102) for introducing a gas to be passed through the outer passage and impinged on the wetted material passing through the inner passage. Also provided is an apparatus for the gunning of a material having a material delivery hose for providing a material. A water inlet (10) in fluid communication (10) with the material delivery hose (20) provides water to wet the material and a nozzle (1) outputs t he w etted material. A m ixing chamber (30) is disposed intermediate and in fluid communication with the material delivery hose (20) and the nozzle (1) and has at least one inlet for introducing a mixing gas.
L'invention concerne un appareil conçu pour le gunitage d'un matériau. Cet appareil comprend une buse (1) comportant un passage intérieur (100) pourvu d'une extrémité d'admission (102) dans laquelle un matériau humide est introduit et d'une extrémité d'évacuation (103) par laquelle le matériau est pulvérisé. Un passage extérieur (200), qui est disposé autour du passage intérieur (100) et mis en communication fluidique avec ce dernier, comprend une extrémité d'admission (102) qui permet d'introduire un gaz destiné à être injecté dans le passage extérieur et précipité sur le matériau humide introduit dans le passage intérieur. L'invention concerne également un appareil conçu pour le gunitage d'un matériau qui comprend un tube de distribution de matériau servant à distribuer un matériau. Un orifice d'admission d'eau (10) en communication fluidique (10) avec le tube de distribution de matériau (20) fournit l'eau servant à humidifier le matériau et une buse (1) évacue le matériau humide. Une chambre de mélange (30) disposée entre le tube de distribution de matériau (20) et la buse (1) est mise en communication fluidique avec ceux-ci. Cette chambre de mélange comprend au moins un orifice d'admission qui permet d'introduire un gaz de mélange.
