Apparatus for the neurosurgical-orthopedic treatment of human spinal column pathologies, comprising an elastically yielding contrast means (6) to fit into an inter-spinal channel (c) between a pair of adjacent spinal processes (Pl, P2) for the purpose of contrasting the stenosis of said channel, and constraining means (7) associated with said contrast means to be bound to said pair of adjacent spinal processes so as to hinder said contrast means from shifting outside/inside said inner-spinal channel . The peculiarity of said contrast means consists in that it comprises distancing means (8) to distance said pair of spinal processes and elastically yielding constraining means (9) to bind said distancing means, so as to achieve a graduated contrasting reaction against the stenosis of said channel.
La présente invention concerne un appareil pour le traitement orthopédique neurochirurgical des pathologies de la colonne vertébrale humaine, comprenant des moyens d~opposition coulissant élastiquement (6) devant rentrer dans un canal interspinal (c) entre une paire d~apophyses spinales adjacentes (Pl, P2) dans le but de s~opposer à la sténose dudit canal, et des moyens de contrainte (7) associés auxdits moyens d~opposition devant être liés à ladite paire d~apophyses adjacentes de manière à empêcher lesdits moyens d~opposition de se décaler en dehors/à l'intérieur dudit canal interspinal. La particularité desdits moyens d~opposition consiste en ce qu'ils comprennent des moyens d'espacement (8) destinés à espacer ladite paire d~apophyses spinales et des moyens de contraintes coulissant élastiquement (9) destinés à relier lesdits moyens d'espacement, de manière à obtenir une réaction de contrainte progressive contre la sténose dudit canal.
