ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An apparatus is provided which is capable of tining muffins and other related forms of foodstuffs rapidly and in a fully automatic manner. The apparatus is relatively simple in construction as compared with prior art devices and can be maintained at a reasonable cost. The apparatus produces a product which stays together around its entire diameter thus retaining freshness and which product at the same time may be readily pulled apart by the consumer in the general manner of a tine-split English muffin.
