The invention includes a transportable tank having an upper region and a lower region and a fluid conduit flow communicating the upper region to the lower region. The fluid conduit has at least one inlet opening in the upper region and at least one outlet opening in the lower region. A fluid conveyer associated with the fluid conduit repeatedly causes fluid to be circulated from the upper region, into the inlet, through the conduit, out of the outlet and back to the upper region.
