The invention relates to a sheet directing element for use in a device provided for conveying sheets using a gripper system that is equipped with at least two interspaced grippers (06) and with a sheet guide surface (03) that is defined by the sheet directing element (02). The sheet directing element is provided, at least in sections, with recesses (11), which are located in the sheet guide surface (03) and which run parallel to the direction of conveyance (09), in order to at least partially accommodate the grippers (06), whereby the sheet guide surface defined by the sheet directing element extends in the direction of conveyance and, at least in sections, at the same height as the movement path of the sheet leading edge that is fixed inside the gripper system.

L'invention concerne un élément guide-feuille destiné à être utilisé dans un dispositif servant à transporter des feuilles au moyen d'un système de pinces, comprenant au moins deux pinces (06) placées à distance l'une de l'autre, et d'une surface guide-feuille (03) définie par l'élément guide-feuille (02).
