ABSTRACT An apparatus for forming by rolling a flat circular dough product , such as pancakes, tortillas, etc., from a dough piece comprises, for example, a turntable rotating beneath a conical roller, the apex of the cone being adjacent the turntable axis of rotation, while the base of the cone is adjacent to the turntable edge. The apparatus has adjustments for controlling the thickness and means such as selectable different-diameter rings for determining the diameter of the product, and may include means for feeding dough pieces onto the turntable.
