The capsules or other products (1) are fed by suitable means (4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 112, 13) in single file and taken up one at a time by a tangential wheel (16) which is fitted with reference teeth (18), with each tooth supporting one product, and has suction holes (19) so as to retain the said products. When the products reach or are about to reach a position above suitably shaped associated weighing heads (24), the suction that holds them against the wheel is cut off and the said products fall, positioning themselves correctly on the said heads, aided in part by the halting action exerted by the teeth in front. The products deposited on the heads are weighed and are then discharged by the pushing action of the wheel (16) teeth (18) which place the next product on the said heads. A chute (25) collects the products ejected from the heads and a deflection plate (26), controlled by the central processing and control system (32), separates products of the correct weight from those to be rejected. Several apparatus of this type are placed next to each other so as to obtain high production rates.
La présente invention vise des capsules ou autres produits (1) introduits par des moyens appropriés (4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 112, 13) en file unique et saisis un à un par une roue tangentielle (16) qui est munie d'une denture de référence (18) dont chaque dent porte un produit, et d'orifices d'aspiration (19) de manière à maintenir bien en place les produits en question. Lorsque les produits atteignent ou sont sur le point d'atteindre une position donnée au-dessus des têtes de pesage associées ayant la forme appropriée (24), la force d'aspiration qui les maintient contre la roule est suspendue et les produits en question tombent pour se placer correctement sur les têtes susmentionnées, guidés en partie par l'effet de butée que jouent les dents opposées. Les produits déposés sur les têtes sont pesés, puis dégagés par la poussée qu'exerce la denture (18) de la roue (16) qui met le produit suivant en place sur les têtes. Une goulotte (25) recueille les produits éjectés des têtes et une plaque de déviation (26), commandée par le système de contrôle et de traitement central (32), sépare les produits ayant le poids voulu des produits à rejeter. Une série d'appareils de ce type sont installés côte à côte de manière à garantir des taux de production élevés.
