For the withdrawal of a liquid from a closed container which is in a fluctuating position in space in a portable piece of equipment, precautions are to be taken so that the liquid can be withdrawn as completely as possible and in a trouble-free manner. A closed container is provided with an open-pore porous storage medium which is in the form of an integral body. It preferably fills only a part of the container, it is disposed at least in the region of the end of the withdrawal connection portion, and it touches the liquid at least at times. The storage medium serves as a pre-storage means for the liquid and as a bubble barrier. It constantly holds a certain amount of the liquid in the proximity of the end of the withdrawal connection portion, even if the end thereof is above the level of liquid in the container. The container provided with the storage medium can be used as an active substance deposit for a liquid medicament in an atomiser in the form of a hand unit, with which an inhalable aerosol can be produced.
Afin de prélever un liquide dans un récipient fermé (1) dont la position change dans un appareil portatif, il faut prendre des mesures pour que le liquide puisse être prélevé sans problèmes et aussi complètement que possible. Le récipient fermé (1) décrit est pourvu d'un milieu d'accumulation poreux (5) à pores ouverts en une seule pièce. Il remplit de préférence uniquement une partie du récipient et se situe au moins dans la zone de la tubulure de prélèvement (4), en contact au moins temporairement avec le liquide. Le milieu d'accumulation sert d'accumulateur temporaire du liquide et empêche le passage de bulles. Il maintient constamment une certaine quantité de liquide à proximité de l'extrémité de la tubulure de prélèvement, même lorsque cette extrémité est au-dessus du niveau du liquide. Le récipient pourvu du milieu d'accumulation peut servir de dépôt des substances actives d'un médicament liquide dans un vaporisateur portatif qui génère un aérosol à inhaler.
