A clearance measuring apparatus for measuring a clearance (CL) on the basis of a dose (D) of the test substance, a blood collection time (T) required from administration of the test substance to blood collection, and a test substance concentration (Cp) in plasma obtained from blood collected, said apparatus comprising: storage means for storing a first standard function expressed by: Cp/D = A x exp(-.alpha. x (CL x T)) + B x exp(-.beta. x (CL x T)) input means for receiving inputs of (D), (T) and (Cp); and clearance calculation means for calculating (CL) by applying (D), (T) and (Cp) to the first standard function.
