Apparatus to Adjust and Maintain the Distance Between Wall Panels and Wall Forms ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A back side plate and a front side plate having a screw type wall tie passing therethrough maintain a strongback or waler therebetween by connecting tension stud bolts with a panel or wall form attached to a shelf portion of the back side plate with adjustments made through a housing and a keeper in conjunction with a nut which can be turned on the screw type wall tie.
