Apparatus to pre-set and regulate from the outside the volumetric capacity of the metering cylinders of a filler, equipped with a metering free-hanging device without venting tube and equipped with a set of incorporated permanent magnets, the axial positioning of which, inside the volumetric chamber of the metering cylinder, is pre-set and regulated without contact by the axial excursions actuated by a corresponding set of permanent magnets incorporated in a cursor sliding from the outside of the metering cylinder. The apparatus is without O-rings and during its sanitation the cleaning liquid does not flow through critical interstices.

Appareil conçu pour pré-régler et moduler depuis l'extérieur la capacité volumétrique des cylindres doseurs d'un dispositif de remplissage doté d'un dispositif de dosage (1) à suspension libre, exempt de tube d'évent et d'un ensemble d'aimants permanents intégrés (2) et (2') dont le positionnement axial à l'intérieur de la chambre volumétrique (3) du cylindre doseur (4) est pré-réglé et modulé sans contact par les excursions axiales (5) induites par un ensemble correspondant d'aimants permanents (6) et (6') intégrés dans un curseur (7) coulissant depuis l'extérieur du cylindre doseur (4). Cet appareil est exempt de joints toriques, et pendant son nettoyage, le liquide de nettoyage ne circule pas dans les interstices sensibles.
