PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: Appareil à fibres creuses comprenant un mandrin central vers les extrémités duquel se trouvent deux parois, dites d'extré- mité, entourant ledit mandrin et par lesquelles sont maintenues des fibres creuses, le mandrin étant tronconique, de même que la paroi interne du carter entourant les fibres creuses. Le mandrin est tronconique sur la plus grande partie de sa longueur comprise entre les parois d'extrémité. On y divulgue également, un appareil utilisable notamment en osmose, osmose inverse, ultrafiltration, perméation gazeuse, pour le traitement du sang et un procédé utilisable pour la réalisation de cet appareil.
