This canister comprises both inner and outer element, each removable from the other, with fitted top and bottom sections. The novel canister thus described, provides a rapid flow of waste material through the system and is efficient and easy to use and manufacture than prior art elements. Plugging of the canisters due to intermittent use is also reduced in the element of this invention.
