The invention concerns dry extracts of apple tree branches obtainable by extraction with a polar solvent from dried and crushed apple tree branches, followed by separation of the liquid phases from the solid phases, and then in producing a concentrate from the resulting products and drying the concentrate. The invention also concerns a method for preparing said extracts and their use in dermatology and cosmetology, in particular for inhibiting cell differentiation between pre-adipocytes and adipocytes and for slimming.
La présente invention concerne les extraits secs de branches de pommier susceptibles d'être obtenus par extraction à l'aide d'un solvant polaire à partir de branches de pommiers séchées et broyées, suivie de la séparation des phases liquides des solides puis de la concentration des solutions obtenues et du séchage du concentrat. Elle a également pour objet leur procédé de préparation et leur utilisation en dermocosmétologie et en particulier comme inhibant de la différenciation cellulaire entre les pré-adipocytes et les adipocytes et comme amincissant.
