127 P/56 CA IMPROVED APPLIANCE CONTROL ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An improved power driven apparatus such as a snow blower comprises a pair of dead-man control levers which require to be continuously actuated to operatively engage driven components reduces the possibility of adventitiously starting the power source when the driven components are drivingly engaged. The control levers are positioned and proportioned so as to be simultaneously graspable together with the handle of the apparatus by a single hand, so as to permit the adjustment of other control levers by the free hand of an operator whilst retaining the apparatus fully operational.
