ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides an appliance for squeezing, grating, centrifuging, blending, milling, mincing, homogenizing and processing food in general, and includes a motor block, transmission gears, adapted to drive a vertical shaft via the vertical shaft being disposed inside a container with a cover where the processing and collection of the pro- cessed food is done. The appliance includes mechanical safety devices to lock the container cover, as well as to act sim- ultaneously on a safety microswitch, and a device to remove the waste foodstuff from the spinning element of the grater and centrifuge in a continuous and automatic manner.
