A B S T R A C T An applicator on a flexible support for herbicides etc. formed with a rotating disc carrying a plurality of generally radial extending wicks fed with liquid from a central container. The disk being housed in a rotatable cover with a peripheral bumper to enable movement of the applicator past tree trunks whilst applying herbicides to weeds in orchards.
