Abstract of the Disclosure The applicator (10) includes a tip (30) with a rigid support housing (16) having a closed end 24 and a plurality of radially-positioned openings (26). A fluid-porous dauber or media (14) is positioned within the support housing (16) and has portions (28) which project outwardly through the openings (26). The dauber or media (14) is in fluid communication with a reservoir (12) which contains the viscous fluid (32) to be applied.
