The invention may be used both at medical institutions or under home conditions for practicing reflexotherapy. The applicator comprises an elastic base member (1) and needles (2) fixed therein and provided with thickened portions (3) at one ends and sharpened portions (4) at the opposite ends, said needles (2) being fixed within the base member (1) with thickened portions (5) thereof and protruding outside with sharpened portions (4) thereof. The novel feature of the applicator consists in that the elastic base member (1) is made solid in the direction of its thickness and consists of one layer or two layers integrally connected therebetween, and the needles (2) are mounted with their thickened portions (3) in the body of the base member (1) and clamped in said member to form a solid base. Here, the external surface of the base member can be provided with lugs that envelop the needles, and the needles may be made tapered in the direction from thickened portion toward the sharpened portion thereof, i.e. wedge-shaped or in the form of nails or paper-pins. In addition, the elastic member (1) can be made in the form of one or several coaxial hollow cylindrical rollers provided with gaps between their adjacent end faces; one roller is mounted on at least two drums, and each of coaxial rollers, on at least one drum, the roller or each of the rollers being made solid by the method of hot or cold plasticization or by rolling up the elastic base member to a cylinder/cylinders and butt-joining adjacent edges of cylinder/cylinders or portions thereof. The invention provides rigid fastening of the needles (2) in the applicator base member (1) and hence stability of needles (2) position in the applicator base member under any applicator loads during its use, as well as possibility of both static and dynamic action of needles (2) on user's reflex areas, and a higher elasticity of the base member (1).
L'invention, qui peut être utilisée à des fins de réflexothérapie dans des établissements de santé comme à domicile, concerne un applicateur constitué d'un support élastique (1) muni d'aiguilles (2) qui possèdent une partie élargie (3) à l'une des extrémités et une pointe (4) à l'autre extrémité, lesdites aiguilles (2) étant fixées au support (1) par leurs parties élargies (3) et faisant saillie à l'extérieur du côté des pointes (4). La nouveauté de l'applicateur consiste, premièrement, en ce que le support élastique (1) constitue un bloc intégral orienté dans le sens de l'épaisseur et comprend une couche ou deux couches reliées entre elles de manière à former un tout et, deuxièmement, en ce que les aiguilles (2) sont installées avec leurs parties élargies (3) rentrant dans le corps du support (1) et enserrées dans celui-ci pendant la formation d'un support intégral. La surface externe du support (1) peut comprendre des protubérances entourant les aiguilles, ces dernières pouvant avoir une forme effilée et se rétrécir depuis les parties élargies vers les pointes, c'est-à-dire présenter un aspect cunéiforme ou avoir la forme de clous ou de punaises. En outre, le support élastique (1) peut se présenter comme un ou plusieurs cylindres creux coaxiaux dont les butées sont séparées par des intervalles; un des cylindres est emmanché sur au moins deux viroles, chacun des cylindres coaxiaux étant emmanché sur au moins une virole; chaque virole peut pivoter autour de son axe, ledit axe reposant sur un support. On fabrique le ou les cylindre(s) plein(s) par procédé de plastification à chaud ou à froid ou en enroulant le support élastique pour former un ou plusieurs cylindres dont les bords adjacents (ou leurs parties) sont solidarisés entre eux. L'invention permet de fixer rigides les aiguilles (2) à l'intérieur du support (1) de l'applicateur et, par conséquent, d'assurer la stabilité des aiguilles (2), et ce indépendamment des charges que subit l'applicateur en cours d'utilisation, la possibilité d'une action statique ou dynamique des aiguilles sur les zones réflexes de l'utilisateur et, enfin, une plus grande élasticité du support (1).
