Abstract: The present invention provides a sheet-like structure which is capable of preventing disperse dye migration and sublimation. The structure comprises a fibrous layer containing not less than 10 weight percent of disperse dye- polyester fibers and having, on at least one side thereof, a resin layer as a coating. A thin polymer film layer comprising a derivative of a fluorine compound or a silicon- containing compound is formed on the exposed side of the resin layer, the polymer fiber layer having a thickness of 100- 10,000 angstroms. The thin polymer film layer is formed by a low temperature plasma polymerization treatment using a monomeric compound having a solubility parameter value smaller than that of the disperse dye by at least 0.5 (col/cm3)1/2. The structure can be used for example for clothing without discoloring adjacent clothing layer.
