A static piston with a circular opening in its center, solidly attached to the cylinder head, provided with passages for gas and lubricants, is surrounded by a larger diameter double-walled moving cylinder, whose smaller, inner wall reaches down through the circular opening of the said piston to connect with a valve stem and its lock, which when pulled down, pulls the said moving cylinder against the inside gas pressure to open the valve - while the said gas pressure lifts the assembly to close it.
