This invention relates to a liquid chemical compound which when applied to nonporous materials causes the treated surface to repell water to inhibit the bonding strength of freezing rain, ice, sleet, snow. It also inhibits the formation of rust. This inven- tion does not contain acids, chlorides, hydro- carbon solvent s alcohols and is therefore nonflammable nor corrosive like many water repellents are.
