An aqua-cultural remote control system, comprising a monitor and at least a remote controller, each remote controller is electrically connected with (to control environment control equipment of) at least a set of breeding ponds, wherein: the monitor monitors the environment control equipment for a plurality of breeding ponds, and directly transmits operation signals to the remote controller to control the environment control equipment of the breeding ponds, and each environment control equipment can condition the water temperature, the amount of dissolved oxygen and cast feed. The present invention can simultaneously monitor the environment control equipment of 256 sets of breeding ponds, requirement of energy source and manpower can be reduced, and an object of increasing yield and quality of shrimps, fishes etc. and lowering cost for aquatic animal breeding can be achieved.
