Disclosed is a composition comprising : (A) a polymer selected from the group consisting of: (1) an amorphous, non-chlorinated, maleated polypropylene, (2) an amorphous, non-chlorinated, maleated propylene-ethylene copolymer, (5) an amorphous, non-chlorinated, maleated propylene-hexene copolymer, (4) an amorphous non-chlorinated, maleated propylene-butene copolymer, (5) an amorphous, non- chlorinated, maleated propylene-ethylene-butene terpolymer, and (6) an amorphous, non-chlorinated, maleated propylene-ethylene-hexene terpolymer (B) a nonionic surfactant, (C) a primary, secondary or tertiary amine, and (D) water.
